( THE BRIEF )

The challenge

A consultancy with such a broad offering risks a site that reads like a generic list of services. Buyers skim a wall of capabilities and leave without understanding what the firm does best or where to start. The more services a firm offers, the more its site needs a structure that makes the offer feel focused.

Dependopolis needed to stand out as "not just another boring consulting firm". That meant a memorable brand experience, a clear service hierarchy that buyers can navigate, and credible proof (clients, testimonials, case studies) to win trust across several markets.

The client

Dependopolis is a consultancy with offices in Dubai and London. It helps businesses grow through integrated marketing and digital transformation, and serves clients across the UK, USA, UAE and South Asia.

Its services range from strategic consulting (fractional CEO, financial advisory, agile project management) to digital marketing (lead generation, SEO, paid search, cold multichannel outreach, and web design and development). This consultancy website design case study shows how Xenishio Arc turned that wide offer into a WordPress site with a clear structure and a strong point of view.

What we built

We paired a cinematic, motion-led look with a disciplined information architecture. The visuals make the brand memorable; the structure makes the offer easy to understand and easy to buy.

  1. 01 Cinematic video hero Atmospheric, rain-soaked 3D city footage (a "Marketing" billboard, rooftops) plays behind the headline "Building Connected Brands", with a "Featured on Clutch" badge and a "Let's Work Together" CTA. It signals in seconds that this is not a typical consultancy.
  2. 02 Trust bar Client logos (FyeN, SBK Properties, S&A Legal, Your Equipment Suppliers, Tyne Solutions) sit under the hero, so proof arrives before the sales pitch.
  3. 03 Service architecture An Our Services hub splits into Strategic Business Consultancy and Digital Marketing. Each pillar leads to its own page (Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, Fractional CEO, Web Design & Development) and on to deeper sub-service pages (Paid Search Advertising, Cold Multichannel Outreach). Buyers drill down only as far as they need, and every level can rank for its own searches.
  4. 04 Storytelling sections "We Make Transformation Exciting", "How We Work", case study cards (Zareen Valley, Fye Network) and a "Building the future of Sustainable Business" band with abstract light-wave visuals give the firm a voice beyond its service list.
  5. 05 Social proof A Client Perspectives carousel shows named client testimonials, which carry more weight than anonymous praise.
  6. 06 Commercial pages Pricing and Marketing Plan pages, a blog, contact, and legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service) answer practical questions before a first call.
  7. 07 Dual-office footer Both registered entities (London and Dubai addresses), quick links, services, newsletter signup and social channels including Dribbble.

Dark, moody and cinematic. Deep navy surfaces, thin outlined pill buttons, light-weight large headings, mint accents and hand-drawn circled highlights ("Case Studies"). Motion-driven visuals (rainy city video, glowing globe, light waves) set it apart from typical consultancy sites, which tend to rely on stock photos of meetings.
