( THE BRIEF )

The challenge

Travel buyers shop with their eyes and compare many agencies before getting in touch. Tourng needed a site that inspires at first glance, while also giving enough detail (itineraries, inclusions and exclusions) for a traveler to feel confident enough to enquire.

The site also had to make each package easy to book and be simple for the team to add new destinations to. Without a shared template, agencies often end up with every package page looking different, and important details get answered one by one over messaging apps instead of being on the page.

The client

Tourng Travelers is a Dhaka-based travel agency, operating since 2023, that sells curated tour packages to destinations across Asia: Thailand, Bali, the Maldives, Singapore, China, South Korea and Japan. Alongside packages, it also offers visa assistance for Bangladeshi travelers. This travel agency website design case study shows how we turned those packages into a site that inspires and converts.

Like many growing agencies in Bangladesh, Tourng relies on a small team that handles sales, visas and customer questions at the same time, so the website had to do part of that work for them.

What we built

We designed the site and built it on WordPress with Elementor, which lets the Tourng team create and edit pages themselves. The core of the build is a reusable package template: once it was designed, each new destination became a matter of filling in content rather than designing a new page.

Photography leads the design, and every package page ends in a booking form so that inspiration turns into an enquiry.

  1. 01 Cinematic hero a full-width destination image in a rounded frame, with a headline that mixes a clean sans-serif and an orange italic serif "Tourng" wordmark. The first screen sells the feeling of travel before any detail.
  2. 02 Destination showcase "Discover Your Next Dream Destination" cards for Phuket, Bali, the Maldives, Singapore, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and Jeju and Busan, giving visitors quick paths into the destinations they already have in mind.
  3. 03 Package catalog an "Exclusive Tour & Travel Packages" grid with Book Now buttons, a full Package listing page, and country landing pages (China, Indonesia, Japan, Maldives). Country pages also give the agency more pages that can rank for destination searches.
  4. 04 Reusable itinerary template each package page has a hero banner, a destination intro, a day-by-day itinerary, package includes/excludes, a downloadable PDF flyer, and an embedded booking form (traveler count, hotel category, contact details). Travelers see everything in one place, and the flyer is easy to share with family or travel companions.
  5. 05 Trust building animated counters (happy travelers, destinations, years of service), a "Why Choose Tourng" section, a review slider and a photo gallery. For a young agency, visible proof helps travelers feel safe paying in advance.
  6. 06 Visa page a dedicated page for the agency's visa processing service, which matters for Bangladeshi travelers planning trips abroad.
  7. 07 Footer working hours, quick links, contact details, Mailchimp newsletter signup and social links, so visitors can reach the team in whatever way suits them.
